Okra
Diced onion
Oliveoil
Garlic
1 can of tomato
Salt, pepper, coriander
How-to-do:
1) If fresh okra remove the head by turning the knife around it at the top. Or cut it off without cutting the pot itself
2) Fry the diced onion in oliveoil
3) Add washed and dried okra to the frying pan until they take colour
4) Add 1 can of tomato, salt, pepper and coriander
5) Add water so that it's half covered and let to simmer with low heat until tender
6) Add diced garlic in the last 5 minutes of boiling
