Homemade Bounty

Ingredients
1 can of coconut milk (only the top layer/cream)
2 big tablespoons of coconut oil
4 tablespoons of Sukrin Gold
150 g dessiccated coconut (kokosmel)

200 g dark chocolate 70%
1 small tablespoon coconutoil

How-to-do
1) Put the coconut milk in the refridgerator for approx 3 hours so that it's easier to seperate the cream from the milk

2) Add the top layer of the coconutmilk/cream to a casserole and heat together with the coconut oil.

3) Add dessiccated coconut and Sukrin

4) Put foil (vita wrap) in a form and press the coconut mixture down in it and refridgerate until it's hard and firm

5) Cut the mass into appropreate pieces with a sharp knife

6) Melt chocolate with coconut oil over a water bath and cover the coconut pieces in chocolate

7) Put in refridgerator to cool down

8) Enjoy
